Hand made meatballs with beef mince and the sneaky addition of diced carrots and courgette. These meatballs are light and tender, quite unlike the dense version that kids do not seem to prefer. The meatballs are finished with some  slow roasted tomato sauce, with a hint of honey for sweetness, and dried herbs for flavour that does not overpower.
