Fresh Express started with a simple but uncompromising idea — that busy families deserve meals made with the same care and attention they'd give themselves, if only they had the time.

We operate from our dedicated kitchen in Tamarin, cooking twice a week and delivering freshly made meals to families in Tamarin every Tuesday and Thursday.

Everything we make is built around three principles. Quality ingredients, the kind you'd choose yourself. Techniques that go further than most people would bother with at home — dry brining, double marinades, slow braising, roasting for umami rather than just convenience. And generous portions, because a family meal should actually feed a family.

We also believe that kids eating well shouldn't require a battle at the dinner table. Every kids meal we make has vegetables built in — roasted, pureed, hidden in sauces — so parents get the peace of mind and kids get the nutrition without the negotiation.

Fresh Express frozen meals are also available through selected retail partners — a convenient way to have something exceptional always ready in your freezer.
